Job Description:

We are seeking Cold Callers to join our team on a remote part-time basis. The primary responsibility will be to contact homeowners in targeted Virginia neighborhoods, introducing the company’s free roof and home exterior inspection services and scheduling qualified appointments for our field evaluation team. This role is crucial for generating new leads and expanding our customer pipeline.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners in Virginia using provided lead lists.

• Clearly and professionally introduce the company and their complimentary inspection/evaluation services.

• Effectively utilize a soft pitch to engage prospects.

• Build initial rapport and handle objections skillfully.

• Schedule qualified appointments for free roof/exterior evaluations.

• Accurately record call outcomes, notes, and appointment details on a shared spreadsheet.

• Communicate scheduled appointments promptly to the internal team.

• Follow provided scripts and calling guidelines, adapting as needed.

• Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment setting targets.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting is highly beneficial.

• Ability to engage prospects and build rapport over the phone.

• Persuasive and articulate in communicating value.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).

• Reliable high-speed internet connection, functioning computer, and quality headset.

Software & Tools:

• Google Sheets or Excel for recording call outcomes and scheduling.

• Communication via WhatsApp and email for internal team coordination.

Schedule:

Part time: Monday to Saturday: 4:30 PM - 8:00 PM EST.
