Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Building/HOA Manager to support their property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a residential building or HOA, ensuring compliance with regulations, and serving as the primary point of contact for residents, board members, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
• Assist Property Managers in daily HOA operations.
• Act as a liaison between HOA board members, homeowners, and vendors.
• Respond promptly to homeowner inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
• Assist in preparing and distributing HOA notices, newsletters, and meeting agendas.
• Maintain accurate homeowner account records, including payments and violations.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct regular property inspections for compliance with HOA rules and regulations.
• Organize and facilitate HOA board meetings, preparing materials and recording minutes.
• Enforce HOA rules and regulations, ensuring follow-up on compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and management of the annual budget and financial reports.
• Coordinate community events to foster a sense of community among homeowners.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in HOA management.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in property management, real estate, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and property management software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Knowledge of HOA laws, regulations, and governing documents preferred.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high community standards.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in residential property management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with community engagement strategies.
Personality:
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Detail-oriented with a service-oriented mindset.

Schedule:
9-5 EST
Salary and Benefits:
Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
This role is a part-time remote position with room for long-term growth into an executive assistant role.
