Through their mobile service brand, they offer low-cost, no-contract wireless plans ideal for smartwatches, GPS trackers, and other connected devices.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Paid Media Specialist with experience managing Google Ads and Google Shopping campaigns. The ideal candidate has a solid background in U.S.-based e-commerce and is focused on performance, optimization, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Google Shopping campaigns for maximum ROI

• Set up and manage conversion tracking, events, and pixels using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

• Build and maintain performance dashboards using Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio

• Monitor campaign metrics and optimize bids, creatives, and targeting

• Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in the Google Ads ecosystem and paid advertising best practices

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns for U.S. consumer goods e-commerce (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Shopping, GA4, GTM, and Search Console (mandatory)

• Proven track record of increasing traffic, conversions, and ROAS through paid strategies

• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or WordPress (strongly preferred)

• Proficient with campaign and performance tools like Google Sheets, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or MOZ

 

Preferred Skills:

• Google Ads certification

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize tracking implementations

 

Software & Tools:

• Part-time: Monday to Friday, fixed schedule of 4 hours/day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST

• Unpaid Leave: Available upon prior coordination

• Worked hours tracked via Time Doctor

 

English Level:

Advanced level of English required (C1), both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with the team and clients.

 

Schedule:

Part-time: Monday to Friday, fixed schedule of 4 hours/day between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST.

 

Compensation & Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate’s preference.

This role is a part-time remote position with room for long-term growth into an executive assistant role.
