Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics & Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations and involves monitoring orders, managing communication, and ensuring efficient logistics processes.

 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor a shared email inbox for new order notifications.

• Accurately transcribe key order details into our Transportation Management System (TMS).

• Track real-time status of shipments using the TMS dashboard.

• Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment delays and updates.

• Provide support to drivers experiencing on-the-road challenges.

• Close out trips in the TMS upon successful delivery.

• Participate in team meetings and assist with various tasks as needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Strong communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

• Critical thinking ability to understand and solve problems.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in email and general computer use.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a logistics or customer support role.

• Ability to handle stressful situations with grace.

• Positive attitude with a focus on customer service.

 

Personality:

• Empathetic and hospitable.

• Accountable and transparent.

• Self-starter with a proactive approach.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is a plus.

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 PST
