Job Description

We are seeking a talented PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our client's paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving effective paid marketing strategies and will be responsible for analyzing performance data, conducting keyword research, managing budgets, and creating compelling ad copy to improve ROI.

 

Availability & Schedule

  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct keyword research to ensure targeted audience engagement.
  • Create and test ad copy and visuals to enhance click-through rates.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align PPC efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns on Meta and Google.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
  • Experience in budget management for digital advertising.
  • Proficient in ad creation and copywriting skills.

 

Language Requirements

  • C1/B2 level of English required.
  • Conversational Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and competitor analysis tools.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta advertising is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary will be paid in USD or local currency according to the candidate’s preference.
