Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Drafter to support their high-end design projects on an as-needed, project-based schedule. The ideal candidate is efficient, independent, and capable of producing accurate drafts without requiring excessive client clarification.

 

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality drafting for residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail design projects.

• Translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings with minimal supervision.

• Execute space-planning layouts aligned with project requirements.

• Collaborate efficiently with the design team and ensure quick turnaround on project deliverables.

• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all drawings.

• Manage workload independently, based on project-by-project needs.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Senior-level experience as a Drafter in architecture, interior design, or related fields.

• Strong space-planning expertise.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, and Revit.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal revisions.

• English level C1 or higher.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant drafting and design experience.

10 am to 2 pm EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Project-based schedule (5 to 25 hours per week, depending on workload).
