Our Client is a performance marketing agency specializing in Lead Generation, Paid Advertising, SEO, and Growth Systems for service-based businesses across the United States.
Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their outbound sales initiatives. This remote position is open to professionals located in Central or South America, available to work U.S. business hours (EST) on W8BEN.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
• Identify and qualify decision-makers within target industries.
• Generate and book qualified sales meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking.
• Follow up with leads consistently to nurture opportunities.
• Research prospects and personalize outreach messaging.
• Meet or exceed monthly meeting and pipeline generation targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts and positioning.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• 1-3+ years of experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, or lead generation.
• Proven experience working with U.S. based clients or U.S. market.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Paid Media, Marketing Agencies preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to book meetings and generate pipeline.
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
• Experience with prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email platforms).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience selling marketing or agency services.
• Experience in service-based industries (home services like HVAC, roofing, solar or local businesses like med spa, car services).
• Track record of measurable KPIs (meetings booked, pipeline generated, revenue influenced).
• Familiarity with performance-based sales environments.
Personality:
• Ambitious and accountable with a focus on performance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused team environment.
Software & Tools:
• CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
• Prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email platforms).

C1, C2, Native
Schedule:
9 AM - 5 PM EST
