Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator

 

About the Company:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join their On-Going Non-Bid Request (ONBR) Desk. In this pivotal pre-sales support role, you will manage and expedite customer quote requests, coordinate with vendors for deal registrations and special pricing, and ensure seamless customer communication.

 

Job Description:

The Sales Operations Coordinator will support pricing strategy, maintain pipeline accuracy, and drive pre-sales efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to incoming calls and customer inquiries related to quotes, inventory, post-sales support, and general product information.

Manage and expedite ONBR quote requests by working with vendors to secure special pricing and submit deal registrations.

Analyze customer requirements and coordinate distribution requests for fast turnaround.

Conduct market and pricing analysis to support competitive pricing strategies.

Maintain comprehensive customer profiles, identifying upsell opportunities and areas to expand offerings.

Understand and leverage purchasing contracts to deliver value to customers.

Identify and escalate potential issues within the sales cycle to the Outside Sales Team.

Ensure the opportunity pipeline is fully updated and accurate for monthly forecasting.

Own the Pre-Sales ticketing system, tracking and updating open opportunities.

Occasionally assist with processing customer purchase orders into sales orders through the ERP system.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

2+ years in a sales operations, inside sales, or sales support role (preferably in IT or a related industry).

Strong knowledge of pre-sales workflows and vendor coordination for pricing/deals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and handle high volumes of requests.

Detail-oriented with solid time management skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ConnectWise, NetSuite, SmartSheets, and ChannelOnline is a strong plus.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with relevant software.
