Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making phone calls to schedule appointments, manage incoming leads, and ensure seamless communication with potential clients. This role supports two businesses: car rentals and a furniture store.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls for the car rental service and schedule appointments.

• Call potential leads from the furniture store and invite them to visit.

• Manage and organize appointment schedules efficiently.

• Ensure all client interactions are professional and represent the brand positively.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

• Familiarity with appointment setting and lead generation processes.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.

• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and concerns.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.

 

Personality:

• Outgoing and personable demeanor.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proactive and motivated with a willingness to learn.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools is preferred.
