Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a proactive and organized Outreach Specialist to help grow their network and sales pipeline through targeted outreach and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating, stays on top of follow-ups, and thrives in a remote environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to potential partners (vendors, software companies, associations, etc.) to introduce the company and schedule partnership calls

• Perform cold and warm outreach to contractor leads using proven scripts

• Qualify leads, ask key questions, and assign them to the correct program

• Set triage calls and consultations for the internal team

• Respond promptly to inbound leads and follow up consistently to secure appointments

• Track all outreach activity and lead movement in the CRM

• Support follow-up efforts after events and workshops

• Assist with sponsorship lead generation and coordination

• Prepare support materials for partnership or sponsor meetings and maintain follow-up communications

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in at least one of the following:

o Outbound calling

o Appointment setting

o Partnership outreach or business development

o Sales support or SDR-related roles

• Comfortable handling conversations with business owners

• Organized and capable of managing a high volume of outreach and follow-ups

• Experience or familiarity with construction, trades, or home services industries is a strong plus

• Must be available to work US hours

• Must have reliable internet and a quiet workspace

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in contractor, construction, or trade industry environments

• CRM experience for tracking outreach and pipeline movement

• Ability to stay consistent and follow through on scheduled touchpoints

 

Personality:

• Strong communicator who speaks naturally and clearly

• Driven, hungry, and not afraid to pick up the phone

• Highly organized and consistent in follow-up

• Momentum-focused: always pushing for the next step

• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

• Takes pride in representing the company professionally

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM systems (specific platforms not required, but CRM familiarity is essential)

• Communication tools (calls, SMS, messaging platforms)

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 - 5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference

• Base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to:

o Qualified appointments

o Closed deals

o Sponsorship and partnership wins

o Speaking and event conversions
