Our client is a non-medical staffing provider specializing in supplying caregivers to private clients, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities. They are committed to delivering reliable and compassionate staffing solutions to meet the needs of healthcare providers and families.

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Appointment Setter to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential prospects, engaging in phone conversations, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers. While the focus is on setting appointments, some lead sourcing may be required; however, our client can also provide a list of prospects to work from. This is a remote role, and candidates from Latin America with strong English skills are encouraged to apply.

 

Responsibilities:

• Call and engage potential clients from provided or self-sourced lead lists.

• Schedule qualified appointments with decision-makers for the client’s team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and scheduled meetings.

• Conduct basic research on prospects when needed.

• Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English (accents are acceptable).

• Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Comfortable using online research tools to identify leads.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in healthcare, home care, or staffing industry sales.

• Knowledge of Spanish is a plus, especially for serving Latin American markets.

• Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking leads and appointments.

 

Personality:

• Persistent and results-driven.

• Professional and courteous phone manner.

• Organized and adaptable.

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software.

• Online research tools (e.g., Google).

• Communication tools for remote calling.

 

English Level:

• C1

 

Schedule:

• 9 - 5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:
