Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing & Documentation Specialist who can create high-quality marketing materials and organize structured documentation for internal and client-facing projects. This role combines creativity with attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and create pitch decks for investor presentations.

• Set up data rooms for due diligence during capital raises and M&A activities.

• Develop and maintain SOPs and other internal documentation.

• Collaborate with the team to structure and format investor-related documents.

• Provide input on copywriting and ensure clarity and professionalism in all materials.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating pitch decks and SOPs.

• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, PowerPoint, Canva).

• Strong written communication skills and ability to produce clear, structured content.

• Ability to organize complex information logically and accurately.

• Ability to make content visually appealing while maintaining a professional tone.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with capital raising, finance, or M&A terminology is a plus.

• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
