Job Description:

We are looking for a Dental Virtual Assistant (VA) to join Our Client’s team. This role will support dental offices by managing administrative tasks and enhancing patient communication.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist dental practitioners with daily administrative tasks

• Manage appointment scheduling and patient communications

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

• Support patient inquiries and follow-ups in both English and Spanish

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or Virtual Assistant in a dental office

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• HIPAA certification is required

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures

• Experience using dental management software

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient care

• Proactive and adaptable to changing situations

• Friendly and professional demeanor

 

Software & Tools:

• Dental management software (specific types can vary)

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Communication tools (e.g., email, online scheduling software)

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST
