Job Title: PPC Specialist
Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for clients in the legal industry. This role will oversee substantial monthly ad spend across multiple accounts, ensuring campaigns achieve maximum ROI. The ideal candidate will also contribute to process development, align PPC strategies with content goals, and assist with SEO-related administrative tasks. This is a fully remote position requiring EST working hours.

Full-Time: 40 hours per week

Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Standard Time
Key Responsibilities:
PPC Campaign Management:

Oversee and manage approximately $200k in monthly ad spend across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other platforms.

Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and implement A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign performance.

Optimize bids, targeting strategies, and budgets to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights in detailed monthly client reports.
Process Development:

Collaborate with leadership to establish scalable, efficient PPC processes.

Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements to streamline campaign management.
Content Support & SEO Duties:

Assist the Content Department with administrative tasks, including:
-
Creating task lists for writers based on content strategies.

Updating monthly content plans into the content calendar.

Posting updates to Google Business Profiles for clients.

Perform SEO audits to identify technical issues, such as broken links, indexing errors, and other website improvements.

Coordinate with content teams to align PPC strategies with broader marketing objectives.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, including Google Ads, LSA, and programmatic advertising (Google Ads certification preferred).

Strong understanding of paid advertising strategies, keyword research, and ad copy creation.

Familiarity with SEO principles, including technical auditing and content optimization.

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign management tools.

Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Language Requirement:

C1+ Level of English Proficiency.
Preferred Skills:

Experience working with or for law firms is a plus.

Experience developing processes or workflows for PPC management.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
