Job Description:
Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Bookkeeper who is proficient in QuickBooks. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial data.
• Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the automotive or industrial supply industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
