Job Description:

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking sales calls, following up with leads, managing CRM data, and contributing to email marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a go-getter attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and marketing.

 

Responsibilities:

Join sales calls and take detailed notes to track key discussion points.

Follow up with potential leads via email and phone to nurture relationships.

Input and update customer information accurately in the CRM system.

Assist in crafting and optimizing email marketing campaigns.

Support the sales team by handling administrative tasks related to lead management.

Ensure all communications align with the company’s branding and messaging guidelines.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Experience with email marketing and copywriting.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B sales or customer outreach.

Basic knowledge of sales methodologies and lead nurturing techniques.

Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar.

Understanding of effective copywriting strategies for sales emails.

Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
