Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a professional and versatile Bilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Receptionist to manage the reception area of a dynamic and growing law firm. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this role requires a polished demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative duties efficiently. Work Schedule:
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST (Schedule may vary during the training period)
Responsibilities of the role:
- Greet and welcome clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls primarily in Spanish and English.
- Assist clients with directions and general inquiries.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments.
- Manage mail, faxes, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including emailing, CRM communication, and travel bookings.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office administration tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and appointment scheduling software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Language Requirement:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (C2 level required)
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience as a legal receptionist will be preferred
- Familiarity with legal terminology and documents
- Certification in paralegal studies or office administration is a plus
- Self-reliant, quick-minded, resilient, and adaptable personality
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary paid bi-weekly in USD or Local Currency according to preference
