Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative

 

About the Company:

Our client is part of a fast-growing mortgage company in the United States, specializing in home purchase and refinance loans.

 

Job Description:

The Outbound Sales Representative will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to Spanish-speaking prospects in the US, introducing the client's mortgage solutions, and qualifying leads based on basic criteria.

The role includes scheduling appointments for licensed loan officers, following up with warm leads via phone and email, and maintaining activity logs in the CRM.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Make outbound cold calls to Spanish-speaking prospects in the US

• Introduce the client's mortgage solutions

• Qualify leads based on basic criteria (credit, income, property type, urgency)

• Schedule appointments for licensed loan officers

• Follow up with warm leads via phone and email

• Maintain activity logs in CRM (training provided)

• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, connects, and appointments set

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Spanish: Native / Fluent (spoken & written)

• English: Native or near-native accent (critical for phone work)

• Experience: 1+ year as appointment setter, cold caller, or sales development rep (SDR) – ideally in mortgage, real estate, or financial services

• Availability: Willing to start part-time (1 month) then move to full-time (40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri)

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience calling into the US Hispanic market

• Familiarity with mortgage terms (e.g., pre-approval, refinance, APR, closing costs)

• Experience with CRM or dialer software (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, etc.)

 

Personality:

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Excellent communication skills

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software

 

Schedule:

Part-time for the first month

Full-time (40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri) after the initial month

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
