Job Description:

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for scheduling warm lead appointments for Sales Consultants.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and update lists of individuals' contact details received from internal lead CRM.
  • Call active and potential clients to capture their interest in free in-home consultations regarding solar benefits.
  • Address clients' uncertainties and overcome objections.
  • Note important details of each conversation and deliver information to the Marketing Manager.
  • Record all successful and unsuccessful attempts to schedule appointments.
  • Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress, performance expectations, and receive continuous training.
  • Conduct all functions with utmost respect.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a call center or related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle objections with confidence.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for managing lead information.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with similar roles in appointment setting or sales.
  • Customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with solar products or services is a plus.

 

Personality:

  • Positive and energetic demeanor.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
  • Proactive and a strong team player.
  • Empathetic nature to address client concerns effectively.

Software & Tools:

CRM software (e.g., internal lead management system).

 

English Level:

Native

 

Schedule:
