Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Ads Specialist/Paid Media Specialist to join their creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Spotify. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to generate engaging content.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute advertising strategies.

• Manage and optimize ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Spotify.

• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet campaign goals.

• Create compelling ad content and graphics.

• Provide detailed reports on campaign performance and insights.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Native-level proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.

• Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Strong creative skills with the ability to design and develop ad content.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design software.

• Prior experience in a similar role within a digital marketing agency.

• Knowledge of new media platforms and trends.

 

Personality:

• Highly creative and innovative thinker.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Software & Tools:
