Job Title: Sales Development Representative

 

Position Overview:

As an Appointment Setter, you will be the cornerstone of sales and marketing efforts. Your role involves managing lead flow, setting and confirming appointments, maintaining customer records, and supporting the sales team to optimize client engagement. This is not a cold-calling position—leads consist of customers who have already expressed interest in the services. Your primary responsibility is to assess customer needs, schedule appointments, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our team.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

Call back leads and set appointments.

Reschedule missed appointments and maintain sales calendars.

Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries effectively.

Re-hash unsold jobs to recover potential clients.

Achieve weekly and monthly quotas.

Assist in scheduling installations and maintain accurate records in company software.

Communicate all activity to the Franchise Owner accurately.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Professional demeanor and ability to handle customer interactions calmly.

Basic computer skills.

 

Work Schedule:

Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
