Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Appointment Setter / Administrative Support Specialist to manage inbound and outbound calls, track leads, and provide administrative support for a rapidly growing bath remodeling company. This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a professional with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

They are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through a combination of expertise, professionalism, and personalized service. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive team committed to long-term growth and success.
Schedule:
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
- Core availability: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM EST, with flexibility to handle incoming calls on weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Respond promptly to leads from various sources, introducing the company and scheduling meetings.
- Outbound Calls: Make 30–40 calls daily to confirm appointments, follow up on leads, and support sales initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Building: Engage with customers to understand their needs, handle objections with care, and establish trust.
- CRM & Data Entry: Track lead activity in the internal CRM system. Log sales progress, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (training on internal systems provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and professional approach to handling objections.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Language Requirement:
- C1 level of English proficiency.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or customer support.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content management.
- Administrative or bookkeeping experience, especially with expense tracking and reporting.
