Job Description:

We are seeking a Utility Interconnections Specialist to handle data entry and document uploads for multiple utility provider portals. This role involves managing the conditional approval and post-installation agreement processes, emphasizing accuracy and timely submissions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Input project data into approximately five to six different utility company portals.

• Complete the conditional approval process by entering project details (approx. 15–30 minutes per project).

• Upload additional data and required documents for the post-installation agreement after construction (approx. 40 minutes per project).

• Ensure all entries are accurate and complete for timely approval.

• Maintain organized digital records of all submissions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• No prior background experience required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online portals.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data entry in CRM or portal-based systems.

• Familiarity with utility or construction-related documentation.

 

Personality:

• Highly detail-oriented and organized.

• Consistent, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Comfortable handling repetitive data entry tasks.

 

Software & Tools:

• Online utility portals.

• Standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

 

English Level:

C2
