The company is expanding its operations to include a Hispanic division and is looking to bring this service to a wider audience.

 

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) with expertise in digital marketing to support their growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and will work closely with key team members to manage marketing initiatives and assist with daily operations.

 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to execute digital marketing strategies.

• Assist in managing content across various platforms.

• Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish.

• Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials.

• Coordinate with affiliate partners and manage CRM entries.

• Assist in the development and management of marketing campaigns.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish and English.

• Experience in digital marketing and content management.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably GoHighLevel.

• Basic graphic design skills are a plus.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with affiliate marketing.

• Knowledge of Stripe for payment processing.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.

• Self-motivated and proactive.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

 

Software & Tools:

• GoHighLevel (preferred but not required).

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Schedule:

9 - 5 EST
