Our Client operates in the non-medical nursing industry, providing in-home care services. They manage a franchise with around 500 offices across the United States, focusing on assisting senior citizens with their healthcare needs.

 

What You’ll Do:

Our Client is seeking a full-time Intake and Sales Specialist. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls to provide information about services and convert leads into clients.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct intake calls to gather basic client information.

• Explain services to potential clients and assess their needs.

• Convert qualified leads into clients during phone calls.

• Reach out to doctor's offices to generate referrals and promote services.

• Balance incoming and outgoing sales efforts.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Experience in sales or intake roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with the healthcare industry.

• Experience in generating referrals from medical professionals.

 

Personality:

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to engage with senior citizens and medical professionals effectively.

 

Software & Tools:

• Proficiency in Google Sheets.

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

8 AM - 5 PM EST
