Our client is seeking an experienced individual for a Cold Calling position in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales and possess excellent communication skills. This role involves engaging potential clients through phone calls to generate leads and build relationships.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems.

• Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.

• Follow up with leads to convert them into potential sales opportunities.

• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling within the real estate industry.

• Strong understanding of real estate sales processes.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
