Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and articulate Cold Caller to support our client's outreach and sales efforts. This full-time role requires native or near-native English fluency with a clear and professional accent, ideally suited for engaging with professionals across the Southern United States. The ideal candidate is persuasive, energetic, and enjoys connecting with people.

This position focuses on following up with warm leads but also includes outreach to cold prospects. A commission structure is included, with details to be confirmed during the hiring process.

 

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads to introduce training programs and services

Build rapport with prospects and clearly communicate program benefits

Use persuasion techniques to schedule consultations or information sessions

Maintain detailed records of calls and lead interactions in the CRM system

Follow up with interested leads through phone, SMS, or email as needed

Report daily call performance and feedback to the team

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Native or near-native English speaker (C2 level) with excellent pronunciation and clarity

Strong verbal communication and persuasive speaking skills

Full-time availability and comfort working in a sales-oriented environment

Experience in telesales or cold calling is a plus but not required

Ability to understand and connect with audiences in the Southern U.S.

 

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with vocational education industries

Prior experience in outbound lead generation or call center work

Basic understanding of CRM systems

 

Personality:

Approachable and respectful in tone,

Confident and assertive communicator who can handle objections

Self-motivated and goal-driven with a positive attitude

Able to adapt speaking style to suit different personalities

 

Salary and Benefits:

Full-time position with base salary and commissions (commission structure to be confirmed)

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference
