Our client is a U.S.-based e-commerce company specializing in smart-lighting accessories for Philips Hue and other lightstrip brands. With Amazon as their primary sales channel, they are actively expanding their presence on Shopify and various other marketplaces, emphasizing innovation, speed, and data-driven decision-making.
Job Description:
The Amazon & Shopify Marketplace Growth Manager will drive marketplace growth, optimize campaigns, and lead the brand's expansion efforts. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while being accountable for key marketplace initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Own catalog health: oversee flat-file uploads, correct variations, and create keyword-rich copy that converts.
• Coordinate with photographers and videographers to maintain updated and engaging creatives.
• Drive revenue through Amazon and Shopify PPC, promotions, and optimization of listings.
• Analyze data in Google Sheets (SUMIFS, IFERROR, LEFT, LEN, pivots) to identify trends and needed actions.
• Monitor competitors and explore new channels.
• Protect the brand by monitoring account health and quickly reporting counterfeit and IP violations.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• At least 2 years of Shopify store management experience.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets with formula expertise (coding knowledge not necessary).
• Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10 or JungleScout.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills for communication with Amazon Support and crafting listing copy.
Preferred Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
Personality:
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without micromanagement.
• Goal-oriented and capable of making data-driven decisions swiftly.

Schedule:
• 6am - 3pm EST
Salary and Benefits:
