Job Title: Product and Production Manager

 

About the Company:

Our client specializes in furniture manufacturing, focusing on creating a wide range of home furnishing products, including textiles and accessories. They are dedicated to developing innovative designs and coordinating efficient production processes.

 

What You’ll Do:

Our client is seeking a Product and Production Manager with experience in furniture manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sampling, managing shipments of samples, and assisting with the creation and review of design drawings. This role involves working closely with vendors and utilizing various platforms to ensure organized and efficient production processes.

 

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sampling and shipments of samples.

• Read and assist in the production of design drawings.

• Manage communication with vendors, particularly those in China.

• Organize and maintain production processes using platforms such as Airtable.

• Assist in generating AI renderings and multiple views of design pieces.

• Collaborate and brainstorm with the client to bring design ideas to life.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in furniture manufacturing.

• Ability to read and assist in creating design drawings.

• Fluent in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus.

• Experience working with Chinese manufacturing companies is advantageous.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in design software and AI rendering tools.

• Ability to manage and organize tasks using platforms like Airtable.

• Knowledge of textile design is a plus.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Capable of multitasking and working at a fast pace.

• Preference for female candidates; however, all qualified applicants will be considered.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with platforms such as Airtable.

• Experience with design software and AI rendering tools is beneficial.

 

English Level:

Native, C2, C1

 

Schedule:

9am to 5pm PST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-time position.
