Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately reading blueprints, evaluating materials, and ensuring project bids are competitive and aligned with client requirements.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret architectural blueprints and specifications.

• Estimate material requirements, specifically for countertops.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects.

• Ensure the company meets client qualifications and project needs.

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain accurate pricing.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials and industry standards.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator, particularly in the countertop industry.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

• Strong understanding of materials used in countertop fabrication and installation.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Proactive and able to work independently.

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with estimation software and tools relevant to the countertop industry.

 

English Level:

Native, C2, C1

 

Schedule:

10 am to 2 pm EST
