Our client is seeking an international recruiter to source and recruit light industrial and warehouse personnel for on-site positions within the US. The ideal candidate will be able to work according to Eastern Standard Time and possess a competitive spirit, with the ability to handle rejection and consistently meet performance targets.

The role involves utilizing job postings and other methods to find suitable candidates. The company emphasizes a performance-driven culture with clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and accountability.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Source and recruit light industrial and warehouse personnel for on-site positions in the US.

• Utilize job postings and other recruitment methods to identify candidates.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
