Our Client is involved in the coffee industry, specializing in wholesale and sales. They are implementing new software to enhance operations and are expanding their team to efficiently handle customer inquiries and sales coordination.

 

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a part-time Virtual Assistant to serve as the first line of defense for wholesale questions and sales inquiries. The role includes responding to emails from prospective sales customers with templated replies, coordinating sales, and managing production postings for toll roasting and private label orders.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Respond to prospective sales customer emails using templated replies.

• Coordinate basic sales and production postings.

• Manage initial customer inquiries and liaise with the production team.

• Utilize a CRM system for communication and order management.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Basic sales experience is preferred.

• Strong command of written English with proper grammar.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided if necessary).

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sales or administrative tasks.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

 

Personality:

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Open to learning and adapting to new systems and procedures.

 

Software & Tools:

• Familiarity with CRM systems like Zendesk, Zoho, or monday.com is a plus. Training will be provided as needed.

 

English Level:

C2

 

Schedule:

10-12 pacific

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Part-time position (10 hours per week, Monday to Friday).

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
