Our client is a small but growing online travel business that organizes and leads group trips. The company manages trip planning, customer communications, marketing, and relationship management through digital tools and online platforms. The business is fully remote and works with international clients and partners.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to support our client with administrative, organizational, and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. The Virtual Assistant will help streamline daily operations, organize large amounts of information, and support ongoing trip planning and client communication activities.

 

Responsibilities:

• Organize trip planning information, including links, resources, contacts, and vendor details.

• Create and maintain spreadsheets or documents for trips, contacts, and planning logistics.

• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment tracking.

• Draft, organize, and send emails and follow-ups as instructed.

• Update and manage CRM records, including leads, contacts, and communication history.

• Track client interactions and help maintain ongoing relationships with leads and customers.

• Support basic social media posting by organizing content and captions for approval.

• Help organize digital files, folders, and online resources.

• Assist with additional administrative and organizational tasks as needed.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar remote role.

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and online tools.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience working remotely and communicating across time zones.

• Ability to follow instructions while also thinking ahead and anticipating needs.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking.

• Familiarity with email management and client follow-ups.

• Basic understanding of social media content organization.

• Experience supporting travel planning, events, or online businesses.

• Ability to organize large amounts of information efficiently.

Schedule:

10 am to 2 pm EST.
