Job Description:

Our client is looking for a sharp, persuasive SDR/Closer to run calls directly with candidates identified for their productions, walk them through what participation involves, and secure their commitment to appear.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Conduct calls with candidates identified for a production

• Clearly explain the project and the filming commitment

• Handle objections and questions with confidence, adjusting the conversation in real time as needed

• Build trust and credibility quickly, representing a premier production company

• Secure the candidate's firm commitment to participate

• Coordinate next steps with the internal production/casting team

• Track call outcomes and participant status accurately

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native English fluency with no discernible accent

• Proven sales or high-ticket closing experience (real estate, coaching, medical/aesthetic sales, etc. are a plus)

• Strong critical thinking and ability to pivot conversations naturally, not just follow a script

• Confident, polished phone/video presence

• Resilient, persuasive, and detail-oriented

 

Salary and Benefits:
