Our Client is a real estate photography company based in Central Florida. They focus on providing high-quality photography services to capture properties at their best. They are currently expanding their team to enhance customer service and efficiency.

 

What You’ll Do:

Our Client is seeking a dedicated and organized Intake Specialist to manage incoming calls, text messages, and booking appointments. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication with clients and maintaining an organized schedule for photography sessions.

 

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage all incoming phone calls and text messages.

• Schedule and confirm appointments for real estate photography sessions.

• Maintain accurate and updated information in the CRM system.

• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.

• Ensure all communication and scheduling is handled efficiently and effectively.

 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles.

• Fluent English proficiency is required.

• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Monday, etc.) is advantageous.

• Experience with Go High Level is a plus.

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST
