Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong understanding of technology and web development services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and managing new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and closing deals.

 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-ticket web development projects.

• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate proposal delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.

• Represent the company with professionalism and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or web development sectors.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (C2 level or near-native).

• Demonstrated ability to manage a complete sales cycle independently.

• Experience working with international clients or remote sales environments.

• Understanding of technical concepts related to web development, integrations, or ERP systems.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience selling digital solutions or SaaS products.

• Familiarity with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.

• Strong consultative and solution-oriented sales approach.

• Prior experience managing accounts or projects through Upwork or similar platforms.

 

Personality:

• Confident communicator who is not afraid of client interaction and video calls.

• Solution-driven mindset with the ability to identify and address client pain points.

• Persistent, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Professional, charismatic, and able to build long-term business relationships.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)

• Lead generation and outreach platforms (e.g., Apollo.io, Upwork)

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9am to 5pm EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Base compensation plus commission structure based on performance.
