Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Part-Time)

Our Client operates within various sectors, including home residential services, solar roofing, and wholesale real estate, focusing on generating leads and closing sales to facilitate growth in these industries. They are looking for skilled Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their growing sales team.

Role Snapshot

The ideal candidates will be responsible for initiating contact, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients in the solar and wholesale real estate sectors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts.
• Generate leads for residential services, solar installations, and wholesale real estate.
• Maintain active communication with leads to nurture relationships and close deals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and sales strategies to improve outreach efforts.
• Track and report on sales metrics and outcomes for continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or appointment setting.
• Experience in solar sales or real estate is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking leads.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using dialer software and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of lead generation strategies and sales closing techniques.
• Familiarity with residential services and sales processes related to solar and real estate.

Personality

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Resilient with strong problem-solving skills.
• Outgoing and able to engage clients effectively.

Software & Tools

• Proficiency with CRM software and dialing systems (to be provided by the candidate).

• 11am - 5:30pm CST (Part time flexible within this time gap)
