Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a full-time Customer Service Agent / Dispatcher to handle inbound and outbound communication, schedule service appointments, and support daily operational needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing calls, coordinating with technicians, and using dispatching software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus but can be learned).

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer calls and provide excellent service.

• Perform outbound calls, including follow-ups and occasional cold calling when needed.

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians efficiently.

• Update and monitor schedules to ensure timely service delivery.

• Maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams.

• Log all interactions and updates in the system accurately.

• Learn and use ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, dispatching, or call handling.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to handle high volumes of calls professionally.

• Comfortable making outbound and cold calls.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Willingness to learn new software tools, especially ServiceTitan.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience with dispatching in service-based industries.

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM/dispatch software.

• Experience coordinating with field technicians or service teams.

 

Personality:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Calm under pressure and solution-focused.

• Clear communicator with strong customer empathy.

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask efficiently.

 

Software & Tools:

• ServiceTitan (or willingness to learn it).

• General communication and scheduling tools as needed by the role.

 

English Level:

C1 to C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 to 5 CET

 

Salary and Benefits:

• Full-time position.

• Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
