Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a high-energy, persuasive Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth in the US restaurant and hospitality sector. The primary responsibility is to spark interest in the company's plant-based protein products and secure product tastings for the regional sales team.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute a high-persistence calling strategy with 45–55 dials per shift using provided lead lists.

• Secure real-time scheduling of tastings using HubSpot Calendar links.

• Facilitate professional email introductions for leads requiring more coordination.

• Maintain organization in Apollo by logging every touchpoint and note.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Exceptional English fluency.

• 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.

• Proficient in HubSpot and Apollo.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-pressure environments confidently.

• Skilled in "soft close" techniques to pivot conversations toward calendar invites.

• Persistent and disciplined approach to following contact cadences.

 

Personality:

• High-energy and persuasive.

• Confident and professional with a quick wit.

• Tech-savvy and organized.

 

Software & Tools:

• HubSpot

• Apollo

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 - 1 EST
