Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations by providing exceptional scheduling and customer care services over the phone. Working from your home office, you will handle inbound calls, ask essential questions to understand client needs, and schedule jobs effectively. Your ability to set a friendly and professional tone during interactions makes every call a positive experience for clients.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls (no cold calling), inquire about customer needs, and set appointments.

Update and maintain customer account information.

Provide efficient and effective communication with clients.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Sales Experience: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and close deals.

Communication Skills: Strong listening, rapport-building, and communication abilities across phone, email, and chat.

Personality: Outgoing and personable with a knack for connecting with people.

Availability:

Full Time

 

Work Schedule:

Full-time position.

8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (rotating days off).

Shifts range from 7 AM to 11 PM EST.

 

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary paid in USD or local currency according to preference.

Bonuses available after 90 days based on performance metrics.
