Job Description:

As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our client’s organization. You will be responsible for accurate bookkeeping, account reconciliation, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth financial operations. This position will begin as a part-time role of 30 hours per week and then will grow into a full-time position (40 hours per week).

 

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Process and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Provide administrative support to the finance team.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Strong command of English.

Background or interest in business finance or accounting.

Proven experience in financial roles with a focus on bookkeeping.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
