Our Client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to manage direct messages (DMs) on Instagram, ensuring consistent engagement with clients and maintaining positive interactions through chat.

 

Responsibilities:

• Reply to direct messages from Instagram clients promptly and professionally.

• Maintain consistent engagement with clients through chat to foster strong customer relationships.

• Provide accurate information and assistance regarding Our Client's products and services.

• Monitor client feedback and communicate any concerns or suggestions to the appropriate team.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service or social media management.

• Proficiency in written communication.

• Familiarity with Instagram platform features and etiquette.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the sports and nutrition industry.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Effective time management and organizational skills.
