Our client is a high-performing real estate professional based in Miami. The business is rapidly scaling with strong investments in marketing, automation, and lead generation, focusing on creating a streamlined operation for efficient property sales.

 

What You’ll Do:

We are seeking a Real Estate Appointment Setter to drive lead engagement, nurture relationships, and book qualified appointments. This role is essential for converting marketing efforts into real opportunities and maintaining an organized, high-performing CRM pipeline.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads and database contacts to build relationships.

• Qualify prospects and book appointments for calls, meetings, and property showings.

• Maintain and update CRM (Lofty/Chime) with accurate notes and data.

• Review contact history before each interaction to ensure personalized communication.

• Manage lead pipeline, including prioritization and long-term nurturing.

• Schedule appointments efficiently based on location and logistics.

• Coordinate property showings and prepare client-ready materials.

• Follow up consistently with referral leads and inbound opportunities.

• Identify client needs and route opportunities within the team when applicable.

• Ensure a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all communications.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a strong plus).

• Proven experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or real estate sales.

• Experience using CRM systems (Lofty/Chime preferred).

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to think critically and anticipate next steps.

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and follow-ups.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in real estate or working with agents/brokers.

• Familiarity with MLS, property listings, or showing coordination.

• Experience preparing client materials or reports.

• Understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification.

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

8 am to 5 pm EST

 

Salary and Benefits:
