Job Description:

The Market Manager will oversee operational efficiency and the guest experience at the Chicago destination. Reporting to the Chief Operations Manager, this role involves coordinating with various departments to maintain high-quality, on-brand experiences for both guests and property owners.

 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with guest experience and operations teams to enhance efficiency and standardization.

• Understand and maximize the value of technology used within operations.

• Approve and audit guest experience materials; assist with procurement and logistics.

• Facilitate all post-booking guest communications and problem resolution.

• Monitor guest feedback to identify service trends; work with Finance on refunds/disputes.

• Enhance owner relations by reviewing performance and maintaining strong relationships.

• Manage local operational expenses and provider agreements.

• Enforce consistency in terms and conditions across the property portfolio.

• Develop objectives to improve the quality and efficiency of the portfolio.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in operations management within the hospitality industry.

• Proficiency in managing guest and owner relations.

• Strong understanding of operational processes and technology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work efficiently with cross-functional teams.

 

Personality:

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Proactive in identifying and solving operational challenges.
