What You’ll Do:

Our Client is seeking a dedicated Weekend Appointment Setter to handle and qualify incoming leads, ensuring appointments are set efficiently. This role requires availability during predetermined calling hours over the weekend, focusing on flexibility and responsiveness.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Qualify leads and set appointments during weekend hours.

• Make outbound calls to new and existing leads, ensuring a high conversion rate.

• Be available to respond to calls promptly as they come in.

• Maintain an organized schedule for outbound calls, ensuring timely follow-ups.

• Utilize the CRM system to track calls and appointments accurately.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Near-native English proficiency.

• Strong organizational skills and reliability.

• Experience in customer success or call confirmation roles is preferred.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM systems.

• Ability to adapt to flexible working conditions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Personality:
