Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily administrative tasks and supporting various projects.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of office procedures and administrative best practices.

 

Responsibilities of the role:

• Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

• Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital.

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

• Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory.

• Assist with data entry and record-keeping.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

• Must be certified in the US.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM software.

• Familiarity with project management tools.

 

Personality:

• Proactive and self-motivated.

• Detail-oriented and accurate.

• Professional and courteous demeanor.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

 

Software & Tools:

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST

 

Salary and Benefits:
