Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Our Client’s growing team. This role is designed for a proactive and ambitious professional with aspirations to advance into a sales role. The SDR will focus on conducting thorough research, engaging prospects through cold outreach, qualifying leads, and setting up product demos for the sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify ICP leads within the short-term rental (STR) industry.

• Initiate outbound engagement through cold calls, emails, and social media to present the value proposition.

• Qualify leads by assessing needs, asking insightful questions, and tailoring advice.

• Schedule product demos for qualified leads, ideally within a short call window.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of prospect interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share feedback from prospect interactions.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably within SaaS or technology sectors).

• Demonstrated cold calling experience with at least a 15% conversion rate from SDR to demo.

• Strong understanding of the short-term rental industry.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage a pipeline of 500–700 leads per month.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proven ability to quickly engage leads and set up demos.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Aircall VOIP.

• Strong consultative selling skills.

 

Personality:

• Relentless and persistent in pursuing potential leads.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Eager to advance into a sales role.

• Adaptable, proactive, and professional in communication.

 

Software & Tools:

• HubSpot CRM.

• Aircall VOIP.

 

English Level:

C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9 - 5 EST
