Job Description:

The Outbound Specialist is responsible for initiating conversations with potential leads using digital channels. The role involves generating engagement, building connections, and beginning meaningful conversations that can be transferred to the Sell by Chat (SBC) Specialist for further nurturing and conversion into qualified sales calls.

 

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential leads through approved channels (e.g., social media platforms, email outreach, online communities, forums).

• Research and qualify prospects to ensure alignment with the ideal client profile.

• Send personalized outreach messages designed to spark conversation and interest.

• Manage initial digital conversations with prospects in a professional manner.

• Warm up leads and transition them to the SBC Specialist for nurturing.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead status in the CRM.

• Collaborate with the SBC Specialist to hand off conversations appropriately.

• Work with marketing to align outreach efforts with campaigns and content strategies.

• Suggest improvements to outreach scripts and templates to boost engagement.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation and outreach.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage and spark interest.

• Familiarity with multiple online channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email).

• Experience using CRM systems for tracking outreach activities.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to find and identify prospects fitting the client profile.

• Skilled at initiating conversations that build rapport.

• Disciplined in following up with leads in a timely manner.

• Quick assessment skills for lead qualification before handover to the SBC Specialist.

• Collaborative mindset to ensure seamless handovers of conversations.

 

Personality:

• Adaptable and responsive to feedback.

• Target-driven with a strong focus on meeting outreach and engagement metrics.

• Professional yet personable communication style.

 

Software & Tools:

• CRM software

• Communication platforms (email, social media tools)

 

English Level:

C1, C2, Native

 

Schedule:

9-5 EST

 

Salary and Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
