Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Tech Support & Automation Specialist with a strong background in technology and marketing. This role will involve addressing tech issues, providing support, and optimizing workflows through automation.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and resolve tech issues for the team.

• Design and implement automation and workflows to improve efficiency.

• Manage and optimize key platforms such as Zapier, Go High Level, Pipedrive, Asana, Active Campaign, and Get Response.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tech support and automation.

• Familiarity with marketing concepts and strategies.

• Proficiency with platforms like Zapier, Go High Level, Pipedrive, Asana, Active Campaign, and Get Response.
