The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling technicians to attend appointments. This role requires comfort working through Zoom with the camera on for the entire shift.

• Answer phone calls and provide customer support.

• Schedule technicians for appointments efficiently.

• Maintain organized records and scheduling systems.

• Communicate effectively with both customers and technicians.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer service or dispatch role.

• Proficiency in using scheduling software.

• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Experience in the appliance services industry.

• Familiarity with Zoom and other video conferencing tools.

Schedule:

2 possible shifts:
1 - Mon - Sat from 7am to 3pm EST
2 - Sunday to Friday from 3pm to 11pm EST
